In most cases, the typical hourly rate for top-quality service providers here in Texas seems to range between $200 and $250. If this guy is the real-deal, his $200 fee seems fair and reasonable. If he receives favorable reviews and establishes credibility and a positive reputation, he could certainly justify a modest increase in his rate, imo.
