Have seen this word several times in escort ads and hook-up sites.

Don't know what it means;Tried Google and Urban Dictionary.

I haven't come across the term Pplay before but I think purplekow is most likely correct in his guess. Another possibility is that it might be a different way to indicate pnp but I tend to think the water sports is more likely.

My first thought was either pnp or w/s. I wouldn't want to guess without asking the particular escort in question. Who knows? Maybe one meant pnp and the other meant w/s.
