Question on Similar Response from Two Vegas Escorts

I am headed out to Vegas soon and checking on possible escorts. Normally only hire well reviewed escorts but could not coordinate schedules with the ones I wanted to see. So I went on Rentboy and found two that interested me.

Anyone meet with either of these guys? I got responses from both and these are copied below. Is it me or are they similar enough to raise a red flag that maybe this is an agency, a sting or a scam? Maybe I am being overly cautious as they are not identical and different info is offered in each but I wanted to get people's input. Some of the things that jumped out at me were the rates and time frames are unusual and the same, and similar structure of the response (including sentence format) and both use of a capital "U" in the middle of the sentence for the rate.

 

Seems more than a coincidence so I feel something is amiss. Anyone care to offer some alternative idea of what is going on and if this is worth the risk to hire either?
