Why not take him for a test-drive? He presents himself in an engaging way and his rates seem very reasonable. He even says he's "open to negotiating more".

I have not been with him, but I agree with MscleLovr and would take a test drive if I were in LA now. Let us know how it goes.

I checked for you and there is a thread about him on muscleservice. It seems he allows touching (!) so I guess his appeal will depend on how much you enjoy muscle-worship, and the price will depend on how you negotiate for what you want to do to him/have done to you.
