The 3000

Many of us, I am sure saw the movie The 3000 and drooled over the ripped bodies of our Greek heroes as they battled the less fit infidels of the east. Well I noted today that we have 3000 members. I am sure we all have abs and pecs and shoulders matching those of the actors in the 3000, or at least we do in our imaginings. Although there are certainly many less than 3000 active members, I would like to say, that as one of the 3000, it is a pleasure to be in the company of the other 2999 of you.

Thank you. I've never done drag (it would about a lot less attractive than Rosanne Barr in a Miss America bathing suit competition) but if I were so inclined that would be my stage name more than likely.

 

Damn, just sitting here watching WorkOut on Bravo and looking at Greg Plitt. Give me about 300 days (or 3000) to explore that body. Sigh ...

I never watched that show. I find her annoying as hell. But after reading your post I looked up her new show (Bravo is running endless promos for it). There is a very nice looking gentleman trainer named Craig Ramsay.

Apart from his good looks, he is a trained contortionist! And he's Canadian and has that cute little north of the border accent.
