It is a vacuum bag, close relative to the vacuum suit, vacuum frame or even vacuum cube.

Which are also related to inflatable suits. By either evacuating the air, OR inflating an outer layer or latex (or PVC etc.) the material next to the skin is pressed firmly in and against every dimple, vein, muscle, etc. Extremely stimulating all over.
