Isn't it amazing how many initials, acronyms, abbreviations, etc. (there's one) we use in every day communication? Aviation has very long been like that but it has generally spread throughout the world, hasn't it? In other words, PSA = Public Service Announcement and also Prostate Specific Antigen and probably some others, for instance the former Pacific Southwest Airlines.
