I wouldn't say that it amounts to homophobia for heterosexual male strippers to choose to only get naked and physical when there are women present. I would think it's a service in which the performer needs to be able to get aroused and connect with the sexual energy of the crowd. Some straight guys can manage it, but many couldn't. Just as many gay guys would not want to perform for women.
