Im not sure any of you regular members remember me but I started escorting last summer..was VERY naive and new to the whole thing. I somehow came across this site and the rest is history. I want to thank all of you for your support especially in the beginning when it comes to making sure both parties enjoy the service..and whomever suggested I get a rentboy ad(you know who you are) T-H-A-N-K Y-O-U- Wow. MAJOR Difference than the free sites I was using..the clients have been exceptionally pleasant and so far GREAT experiences. From an escorts persepective I want to let you know its not just about money..if you go in only focused on that it will show and not only that but you will be very unhappy and bitter. I on the other hand LOVE when I connect with someone..we hang out..get to know each other and something about an accomplished person with wisdom that is so appealing to me. Its important to not be soo serious..I mean the whole point of the business is FUN right??? Enjoy it..be open..dont expect your previous experience with an escort to be the same as a different one..we are all different..some better than others. SO go in fresh..with an open mind..sorry Im rambling yall and Im hoping this all makes some sort of sense..haha one of those days of reflection I guess..but again this is just a thank you to all of you for any support that was given in the beginning. I'm not in Buffalo, but that picture on Rentboy, although nice, would not hold my attention, and I know I wouldn't pick up the phone. My guess is that Buffalo doesn't have the level of competition as L.A. and other big cities, so perhaps in that case less is more.

I think the advice the others have provided is good regarding photos. Over the years, I've become suspicious in general when an escort posts only one photo and it isn't a face shot. It's just too easy to grab a photo of someone else's chest or abs or whatever and post it.

 

Before hiring someone, I really want to see a face pic. I will sometimes hire someone without one but then only if they've been around for a while and the word on the street is very good and even then I do it rarely. For me, a face pic is pretty much a necessity. However, I'm quite happy to look at photos that aren't professional photos. Many of the guys on men4rentnow use photos that clearly are not professional and that's ok. I'm not planning on printing them and framing them; I'm just interested in an honest idea of what the guy looks like.

I am just noticing that on two of your sites you are listed as Trace Summers and on the other one you are Ethan Watts (and here you are using Hottiewithabody). Not a huge issue, but one thing that might be worthwhile, especially if you plan to be around for awhile, would be to pick and standardize on a stage name and use it everywhere as that will help with name recognition as you build up a reputation over time especially since there is no face pics (unless that is something you feel gives you some flexibility in the future, namely changing names and starting over fresh as a "new" escort).

 

It would also be very beneficial if you could get one of your clients to write a review on this site for you as that goes a very long way for getting that "stamp of approval" that many people look for (assuming it is positive, of course). Although relatively new, after six to eight months in the biz, and reviews on another site, it would be adviseable and worthwhile to have one posted on Daddy's site.

Hey, Hottie, wish you were in NYC!! I agree with the guys above who suggest a few more pics in your ads. If you're not going to include a face pic -- and that's totally understandable when you are a college student and have long-term business career plans -- then you need to have more body pics to entice the guys. But it sounds from your message like the escorting career is developing nicely, so perhaps you can get by with what you have. Good luck!

Agree. First, it will help unify recognition of your good reputation. Second, fair or not, many clients perceive "amateur," "uncommitted," or sometimes even "running from bad reputation" from changing/multiple stage names.
