I had my share of bad moments but I would like to suggest to talk about what happened on your best hire?

May I take two replies to best hire. One was way long ago when many of your

were still a gleam in the eye of mom and dad back in 1990 in Washington DC

I don't really have a "best," but certainly one of the best was the third person I hired, more than thirty years ago.
