Is this site a legitimate place: http://mp3fiesta.com/ ?

The headquarters is in Ukraine. Are there other sites that are better choices?

I would like to download some music, but here is my stupid question.

They say it is for downloading to mp3 player. But, in the process, don't I first download it to my computer? Then I can play it on my computer, right?

This is new to me, so sorry if it is a caveman type inquiry.

I did a google search for mp3fiesta and found several links, including the following:

My opinion is that I would not buy anything online, particularly using a credit card, from a website located In Russia, the Ukraine, etc. The less-stable former Soviet Block countries certainly don't have the monopoly on financial fraud, but a lot of identity theft stems from that area.

Hope that helps.

I just noticed that 3fiesta misspelled the name of the album, so that is not good. Rvwnsd is right that Ukraine may not be the best place to send my credit card. (Thanks for the link.)

greatness, I sent you the title and await my CD. Thanks. Can you email it to me for download?

Correct, you will first download the music to your computer. If you have a PC with Windows Vista or Windows 7, you can import all your music to Windows Media Player, where it's easy to organize into genres and playlists. If you have a Sony mp3 player, you can transfer your music to it with the same organization as in Windows Media Player. If you have a Mac, an iPod or an iPhone, you'll want to organize your music in iTunes before syncing. I ripped all of my CDs onto my computer years ago and sold many of them off on Amazon and gave the rest away before I left London. I now use my PC with Bose speakers as my stereo. Apple has its own iTunes Store, but it ain't cheap. However, Spot tells me that many people are downloading music for free these days..
