A Rollicking New Year's Eve

The local TV station is advertising a tempting chance to have a blast on New Year's Eve. It seems that a local casino is sponsoring a concert with KC and the Sunshine Band. No, they don't use walkers! But, the event does start at 6:30 pm.

That's about as late as it is wise to stay out on New Year's Eve anyway, isn't it?

Going to bed early, then hiking a mountain north of here with a group of 15 folks, rain or shine!

I saw them at the House of Blues on New Year's Eve 2003 in Los Angeles. It was a great show and a fun evening.

 

I actually might go out this year. I usually refuse to do anything on New Year's Eve. But this year might be different. I'm not sure what yet. Any suggestions in SoCal?

I must admit Expat when I lived in LA I always headed for vegas and the strip for new years. We had friends there but its just a great party whether you like gaming or not. The party literally fills the strip or freemont. Unfortunately, i never spent Jan 1 in the southland.
