The sheriff's web site says he is still being held without bail

and his next court date is now January 5, 2010.

 

I certainly wish him well on his next court date. While I don't know Mr. Adler I do believe in giving people the benefit of the doubt and from his reviews plus comments from some of my clients, he sounds like a good person.
