First, congratulations to M4M for publishing negative reviews, and not letting us get ripped off.

Second, I wonder how some of Jake's customers gave such flattering reviews, and the majority did not. Makes me recall a masseur who told me, after a decent massage, that if I wrote a favorable review, he'd give me 20% off the next massage.

I often take favorable reviews with a large grain of salt, not knowing if they're even written by clients.
