New L.A. Escorts with poor ways of contacting them

I've just noticed these two new L.A. area escorts. However, neither one post a phone number, and only Jockboy23's ad has an icon to email him (which he does not promptly respond as he says he does). The Aussieboi ad guy seems to have no clue (unless it is me that has no clue) of how to contact him. You would think that if escorts want to make money, they would have a cell phone.

Just as there are some clients (like me) who prefer not to make the initial contact by phone, I'm sure there are a fair number of escorts who feel the same way. As for prompt replies by e-mail, again there's a huge variety of expectations amongst clients and escorts about what precisely that means (one man's 'prompt response' might be 12 hours, another's might be 48...). And then there are a large number of escorts who don't seem to respond at all or do so randomly... Different business models for different folks.

 

But yeah, I share your puzzlement at Aussieboi's lack of enabling any form of contact... Perhaps he expects prospective clients to hire planes trailing a banner saying Aussieboi - Saw Your Ad on Rentboy! Please Contact Me at:... Actually, it's more likely that he's put his ad up as a placeholder until his service provider enables his phone/internet since he just moved to the US from Australia (or he's just stupid, which should never be discounted as an explanation for just about anything... )

When I visited the link to Aussieboi's RB ad provided by the OP, I found the button to e-mail the escort that page was absent - hence my comments to that effect.

I ended up sending Aussieboi an email after the "EMAIL" button was finally activated, and this is the response I got:
