Well who'd a thunk it ?

He really is human after all ,Ethan(DCeBoy) the cobra of this board spitting out his bon mots to all on a variety of topics really does have a heart after all.

Firstly agreeing wth Deej a-MODERATOR at that on one of the threads which must be a first then being described in Devons Diary (i did read it )by one of Devons friends as a "really nice kid " and a "really nice guy .."if he goes on this way his reputation maybe ruined beyond repair.

Enquiring minds want to know is this a temporary malaise -has he seen a physican and what was the diagnosis,we all know being nice and being a lawyer just cant happen :+ :+ :+

And I was expecting a face shot. Oh well, you cannot always get what you want, can you?

Most of Ethan's post strike me, IMHO, to be an attempt at humor. As in my own case, with a very dry sense of humor and a sense of the absurd and what amuses me to no end, Ethan has perhaps learned that he sometimes needs to point out that things are meant to be funny when it should be readily apparent that they are. In other instances, as with my own posts and those of others, he has, is and I believe always was, trying to be helpful.

I think it is the final percentage of posts, the ones with discussions about politics, sometimes sexual attraction, and other topics, where opinions can be expressed with passion (insert run-on sentence here) -- as may be the case with many of us, clients, escorts or simple interested bystanders -- where that passion and desire for exchange can be both misinterpreted and misconstrued; the question remains about intent and none of us can truly know the intent of the other. He and I have agreed to agree that we can both be stubborn and insistent. I personally think it comes from being born tops, as opposed to be thrust into a role, or aspiring to it.

Of course, this does not apply to every post and every poster, but I think it can be said of all of us that no one is really lying in the tall grass waiting to strike a death blow. But then again, this may just be a typographical error on my part.

I have to speak as one who 1/ first defended Ethan's right to be obnoxious and allowed he seemed intelligent 2/eventually had had enough of his obsessive posting and frequent provocation (he wasn't the only one of course but he did seek relentlessly it seemd to me to push buttons and dominate the board) and 3/posted an "I've had enough post" which was a contributor to the last board meltdown.

I am glad to see Ethan back. There is nothing wrong with being contrary and provocative but some boundaries are not a bad idea and avoiding the trap of constant defensive posting is a lesson we all have to learn (and most of us have learned it the hard way).

I always thought Ethan was a smart young guy, and it says a lot for him he's come back and is making an effort to function as part of a cyber community (I'm not, I'm too full of hate). I notice his posts are free of the odious and over-obvious self promotion that figures in the posting of some of the more popular escorts here. I can't blame him for leading with a small pix of a large asset.

So good for him!

devon will simply have to die now...

(JUST kidding, before the empress of the board pisses herself & knee-jerks us into a shutdown.)

RE: ETHAN UNMASKED

I regularly come here because I enjoy the exchange of ideas and information. I don't really like it when someone either attacks people or other's opinions instead of just stating his own. When this becomes a pattern I just generally skip over that person's postings and avoid the attempt to engage in meaningless argumentation.
