Google it!

Do a Google search using the words TENS and CHIROPRACTIC and the results will be overwhelming!

I did so recently and the prices of these little babies have come down dramatically since I purchased mine in 2002... as low as 29 bucks for the portable versions that use a 9 volt battery!!! Also, please be assured that the 9 volt version will usually satisfy as well as the larger professional models. The professional models are pricey and bulky, but will give more of a massaging magic fingers type of effect.

The sticky pads that come with the TENS unit will do the trick with Mr. Happy (you can use a cock ring to hold them in place if necessary)... Order extra as they wear out after time...

I recommend getting the special nipple attachments from your favorite purveyor of porn if that is your thing... there are also "other" specialty attachments... Also be sure to get a duel channel version for double the fun!

Beyond TENS For Versatility and Range I . . .

I reccomend the EROSTEK 312B

Greater variety of sensations - Preprogrammed with more than 15 different types of

stim. A connector to attach to a stereo or cd/player to allow the music to create the stim

patterns and a microphone so the Stim is generated by your or your DOM's voice.

If you are computer saavy there is an optional computer link upgrade which allows/teaches

you to create your own limitless stim patterns or download additional ones from the

company.

Has 3 Power Levels all of which are completely adjustable within their range.

A little pricey but worth it! Watch EBAY they come up on there at about 50-75% of retail.

Works with Pads or any variety of attachments. Google ELectro-Sex and you'll find

plenty of purveyors of electro toys - Shop around prices vary greatly.

I have yet to find a Bottom who could Top Out the Box - Most never make it past the

Regular setting.

The nipple attachments sound hella fun, but isn't that awful close to the heart to be introducing electricity? Maybe I'm just overly cautious.

Many years ago, I bought a portable EMS unit (similar to a TENS) with a doctor's Rx for $1000. Luckily, insurance covered most of it. I still have it, and the unit works fine. It also takes a 9 volt battery. I imagine it would do the same thing as the TENS. The unit I purchased was actually being used by the physical therapy department of a major teaching hospital because it costs much less than the large machines, but is still very effective.

mines the ems type too i was surprised the power they can create with a 9v battery. mine was close to 1000 at the time and pads cost 25.00 for just 4 at the time

I originally bought the device from Staodyne. Staodyne was later bought by Rehabilicare. Then Empi bought Rehabilicare. The Empi self stick electrodes are different, and the new wires don't fit my device. (Later models were retofitted to take the new wires.) Luckily, Empi still had (may still be there) a person who worked for Rehabilicare and was familiar with the old devices. She helped solved the problem and found the wires I needed to fit my old device.

A set of four pads is expensive - even the cheapest models. So I use them until they won't stick anymore, even beyond the expiration date. Refrigerating the zipped bad prolongs the life of the electrodes.

Now I wonder if the EMS will work as well as the TENS for its new suggested use.

I wouldn't pass current from nipple to nipple through the chest.

But it should be relatively safe you if put both electrodes on either side of the right nipple (away from the heart).

You remember maybe from grade school dropping iron filings on top of a sheet of paper on top of a magnet? The electric fields and current will follow the same pattern? and the intensity drops off as the inverse square of teh distance from either electrode.

I was at the NYBC this past weekend and they had both a TENS and what they called a "TENS-like" unit, which when I pressed for more information was indeed an EMS unit.

Just a quick primer on the differences... a TENS (Transdermal Electrical Nerve Stimulation) unit can be used to affect both sensory and motor nerves, though it is primarily used to stimulate sensory nerve endings. EMS (Electrical Muscular Stimulation) units primarily focus on motor nerve and muscle functions. While these two modalities have various medical applications, when used for "other" purposes it is best to play safely. Now in that regard I have also had reservations similar to Kevin’s and Honcho's about applying electrodes to the nipples. I have heard both pro and con regarding safety. So far I have not experienced any adverse effects. Perhaps others might be able to provide additional information.

Regarding the sticky pads, as Tristan rightfully mentions keeping them refrigerated prolongs their useful life and I also keep them for as long as possible. Of course, this is only for situations where there would be a single user. Hopefully working guys purchase “professional” attachments that can be cleaned or change the pads for each client.

I am shocked, no pun intended. The picture of you guys wiring yourselves up and well, you know what, is hard for me to take. I'm a conservative midwestern Catholic boy.
