I recently came accrooss a picture of this hunk from long ago. Maybe he's fat and bald now and willing to escort. Anybody hknow whatever became of my dream of the 70's or was it the 80's. Bill

He did a number of movies in the 70 s in which his chest and chest hair did most of the acting. The plot usually centered around getting Gregory as naked as possible.

Greg Harrison

In the 60's (I think) there was a short TV series called (I think) Fresno. It was a spoof of the Dallas-type sudsies. As I recall, Carol Burnett was the star, and Harvey Korman was probably in it as well. I remember very clearly that the writers had intentionally written every single one of Harrison's scenes to show him shirtless. Needless to say, Fresno is one of my all-time favorite shows.

Fresno was an 80's miniseries but the shirtless Harrison was indeed a fixture. The gallery posted does not have a single shirtless shot however. The movie was something like For Ladies Only and it was similar to a movie with Marilu Henner, Ladykillers, in which she played a police captain and the boss of a cop who goes undercover as a stripper to find a serial killer of male strippers. I can't recall the song that the star stripped to in the movie but it played over and over and over again and when I do hear it on the radio, my mind shoots right to that movie and well something nearly shoots in my pants. Darn what is that song. I will remember it give me some time.

I googled it found this clip of him stripping in what looks like a dreadful made for tv movie. it's horribly edited but he finally strips towards the end. overall the dancing is silly and the music sounds like a bad score from Dallas or Dynasty. Not really even disco or music anyone would really want to dance or strip to! I can't imagine this was the song you remembered?

Was from the movie Ladykillers different movie also about male strippers This starred Thomas Calabro from Melrose Place as the stripper and Marilu Henner as his boss/lover/cop

that was a good song..I do remember hearing that in the 80's on the radio. But the stripper in Lady Killers was not Gregory Harrison. I read on one of the comments to the clip he was some actor named Del Zamora ?. and the dancing was much better and sexier than Gregory's manic number in the other stripper movie with the bad music.

Thomas Calabro was the dancer in LadyKillers he starred in Melrose Place and I believe is coming back to that in the remake on the CW. My post causing all the confusion started discussing Gregory Harrison and switched to the other stripper movie of the period which starred Calabro and Marilu Henner

At the very end of the clip that curious2000 gave us, there's shot of one of the disappointed losers in the contest. He is Marc Singer of Beastmaster fame (or infamy if you consider plot and character more important than studliness.)
