Curious to read experiences anyone has had with hiring an escort for wrestling. I'm pretty turned on by NRW, JPWA (now defunct), etc. In the escort world, I'm sure it's a small niche. I've given it a shot with 2 regular escorts and quite frankly, it's been a disaster and incredibly awkward!

 

I know Cameron Matthews, an indy wrestler & gay video wrestler (although he doesnt do anything sexual), is available for private matches, but his site (cpwaction.com) has a rate structure that seems pretty ridiculous.

While not really an interest of mine, I did attempt to incorporate it into an S&M session with a guy who was also into boxing and the martial arts. He put some sort of painful hold on me and when I used the safe word to have him release it he completely ignored the fact. I subsequently had to beg him to stop and if he didn’t I swear he would have broken something. A short while later he again disregarded the safe word when we got into a bit of flogging. Fortunately both of these transgressions occurred toward the end of the session so I ended things and needless to say never hired the guy again… I was sore for a week and did not appreciate the fact.

 

Obviously I never attempted any type of wrestling activities since that time. I would think that even an experienced wrestler probably might not know his own strength when working with a novice, and especially since a neophyte might not have the know-how or ability to “roll with the punches” and thus avoid any injury.

Oh wow, no it was nothing like that. It's just that the two times I gave it a go, the escort just didnt really get into it - they just start laughing because it is a pretty odd request, admittedly! I am clear from the get go that I'm looking for a very safe, WWE-style experience... nobody gets hurt. Even I usually get giggling because of the odd nature of it. I think if I hired someone who did that on a regular basis, it'd take the weirdness out of it... that's why I mentioned the wrestler above since that seems to be all he does.

However, during that final session he decided to go for broke and seemed determined to overstep his bounds. Actually he was using me as learning tool to hone his S&M skills and was perturbed that I was unwilling to turn things up a notch. Well I had no need to test my limits. I had been there and done that. I simply wanted to have some fun traversing the infamous line between pain and pleasure. Plus, what we were doing was crazy enough, but as you say safety comes first, and when that gets thrown out the window its time to bolt… and fast.

 

Now as far as hiring a guy who will take a serious and safe approach, hopefully you will be able to find that perfect "match"...

This seems like a very specialized interest.

There was a gay wrestling club in NYC for many years. They used to meet in the same venue where the Bondage Club and other activities took place. It was one of the few places where you could do this in the context of a friendly group so that somebody going beyond bounds was unlikely because of all the interested guys looking on. And one could do nude wrestling.... It wasn't a case of hiring an escort, of course, but rather a bunch of guys who had the same fetish -- a desire for the close continuing body contact of wrestling -- and found a way to satisfy it.

Unfortunately, I didn't find out about them until rather late in the game and only got to go once, but had a fun tumble with another guy.

The idea of doing "erotic wrestling" is quite exciting to me, but I figure the reality might be less so, especially as I am older now and more likely to incur some injury.

But there is a real erotic potential for doing wrestling with minimal or no clothing - lots of hot body contact, muscles straining, etc. Some of the hottest video clips I've seen have been wrestling clips.

One problem I see with hiring an escort to do this is that unless he is really into this fetish, it is unlikely to be very satisfying. Some things are easier to simulate interest than others. Another problem, of course, is finding a suitable place. You need room to spread out, ideally you need a large matted space with sonic isolation. Don't try it in a hotel room or a normal size bedroom at home. Maybe a suburban escort who has a basement with wrestling mats.... what a find that would be!

The number one skill in S&M is communication. Ignoring a safe word takes thing beyond consensual immediately. Building his skill would have been taking you beyond your usuall limit without you feeling the need to pull out the safe word. When working in a scene where the submissive is resisting, like a wrestling scene it is not ok to ignore a safe word, there is way too much that could go wrong. Ignoring a safe word in a flogging scene is called assault.

Yes, a great top is someone who has respect for the bottom's wishes and can read body language so as to be able to anticipate the bottoms needs. That is a skill that not all possess. Hence, the need for communication and a safe word... Actually I like to use an anticipatory safe word to let the top know that he is approaching the boundary point. I use a word that won’t overly break the mood and will help him gauge and hopefully tailor the activities to match my desires.

 

The way I like to phrase it is that even though the "top" is seemingly in control it is the "bottom" who is really calling the shots. I once contacted a guy and while we were still in the email stage he complained that I would be, "Toping from below". I knew from that moment that it was not going to work.

Avery in NYC is TOPS, also David of SF, and Others

 

Jake, thanks for initiating this thread. I share your enjoyment and your criteria, and there are actually a fair number of guys out there who can get into wrestling scenes and actually enjoy it.

 

Some who have been reviewed here include:

 

1. Master Avery of NYC (I reviewed him early on). He is a handsome devil, muscled but not over-bulky, and is excellent at working with you on physical roleplays. He understands the concept of safe words and is very fun to work with. His preference is to be dominant but can take a great deal of physical aggression himself. I don't think he was ever a wrestler in school, but he can get into the action and is great at verbal. Anyway, he is totally trustworthy IMHO (I have seen him several times).

I have an interest in wrestling too. I have found it helpful to use the search tools available on Rentboy and Rentmen. Malescort reviews also has a section in the escort profiles that lists what special talents and interests escorts profiled there may have, and wrestling is one of them. This site in its previous life had a search feature, that I used to find reviews of escorts that had wrestling references (many of them from William) but that function is no longer available here.

 

I agree with the previous posts that it is much better to be upfront with the escort, and if possible speak to them (not just emails, and texts). You can tell when the escort responds whether it is something that they can get into or if they will just go through the motions.

It doesn't seem an odd request to me, I get lots of guys into wrestling, and it is something that has always turned me on since I was a young kid wrestling in our jock straps. Every once in a while I'll enter some kind of wrestling thing. The last time was a lube wrestling match at a bar which wasn't very serious wrestling but was good slippery fun.

 

I usually have a wrestling singlet in my bag, might be a trendy spandex model, a crotchless neoprene one, or a classic school reversible (blue/red) singlet.
