Hey, not sure about that marathon business -- but when you have them tied up on the bed, you take advantage of the opportunity. And the long session (with short breaks) worked because Dave can take (or give) long sessions, and Mick was an expert at pacing. I think how long a guy can last with CBT is an individual experience.
