I know there has been a number of threads in the past on this establishment, but I was seeking updates from anyone who has been there in the recent past. Any comments on the number and range of boys (countries of origin etc) appreciated.

The following extract from an article discussing Paragonya is still accurate as of

February, this year.

 

“The luxurious Paragonya Wellness (Mühlegasse 11) is not only one of the most comfortable saunas around, but it's busy all day, every day from the get-go at 11:30 a.m. until close at 11 p.m. They bring together a varied assortment of some of the most good-looking and friendly young men you'll find at any bathhouse anywhere. Their large lounge with bar leads to a bio-sauna with piped music and spectrum lighting, a jacuzzi, steamroom, and whirlpool. Upstairs there are cabins, a dark room, an intimate TV area, and a labyrinth.”

 

There are rent-boys of all types and sizes. There are Brazilians as well as Asians and Europeans. Many are quite handsome, depending on your tastes and desires.

 

Below is the address and telephone number of Paragonya, but, be aware that the sauna is initially difficult to find as it is located in an office building. The directory in the building says “Wellness - Paragonya” and the sauna can be reached by either the elevator or the stairs. Simply go to the second floor and you will immediately see the sauna.

 

Try the place, you will like it. However, it does not compare in price and/or quality of saunas or garotos you will find in Brazil.

Predigerhof is a sort of café with occasional available “hustlers” (or “escorts” is you like that word better). The food menu in the café is adequate and the atmosphere can be fun depending on who frequents the place while you visit it. The hustlers are no where near the quality as those found at Carrousel Bar. Predigerhof is located less than 30 meters from Paragonya.

Though I haven't been in nearly a year (do to the economic downturn), I remain in touch with a local. He reports that things remain the same there (as in previous posts), no slow down there!

From previous experience I would say that things slow down significantly starting around 7PM, Paragonya is primarily a day spa. Also, there is a shift change of the boys around 3:30pm, you want to be there for both.
