While there is indeed a fine line between pain and pleasure that must be traversed gingerly, there is something termed “bad pain” and something entirely different referred to as “good pain”.

 

Examples: Pain derived from sciatica is the” bad” version… pain experienced from a hot guy twisting and biting your nipples until you beg for mercy (and even then he won’t back off) is definitely of the “good” variety…

 

“Bottom” line: pain of the “good” sort always enhances an experience… and ultimately is de rigueur… at least for this guy.

Pain can be the spice that makes a certain scene exciting, so long as it is not the pain of real burning, scarring, etc. For example, tit clamps can provide a nice distractor as other things are being done. I find the quick, temporary pain of hot wax splashed on tits or pecs can be thrilling... :))

Personally I think I would be willing to try enough pain to get the endorphins flowing. I don't think I could go much past that, but I did like the high I would get when I used to row. A person experiences a good amount of pain when they train for competetive rowing.

I like to use candels and ice together... you never know which drop is hitting you and keeps things interesting.
