I read a post that a new semi nude male strip club to be called "Fraternity" will be opening in the next several weeks on 52nd St. between 8th and Broadway. Can anyone provide any additional info?

If they aren't showing the full monty then I am not going! :( I guess we will have to wait and see what this place is, if it opens at all and if it is gay friendly or a place for the ladies.

VDN;

Where were you at Buff Boyzz private party two weeks ago? I was looking forward to seeing you again.

Hey Guys

Just gotta make the point that this info was posted by "hotmanincalif" or something like that...this guy has been notorious for promoting one thing...the escort Tim Total Jock

Thats pretty much all he says on the message board at muscleservice so Im not really sure about credibility

Hi JP,

Thanks for the sentiment. Sadly, I wasn't able to attend. As you know, nude men performing is one of my favorite top ten things to do (when I discovered the Gaiety it bumped stalking Tom Jones off my top ten list). I hope not only to make the next one but I would love it if a club opened up IN THE STATE that allowed men to be comfortable in a clothing optional work environment.

Hope springs eternal, but I’m not too sure about this …

This afternoon I found myself in the West 50s, so I

decided to see if there was any sign of a new club

on West 52nd betwixt 8th & B’way. That block is the

same block where Roseland is located as well as 2

theatres (Hairspray & Jersey Boys performing). I

didn’t see any place named Fraternity, nor any unnamed

private type of club/establishment. There was a small

boarded up building near B’way, but there was no sign

of any renovation/ activity – which you would expect

to see if a club was to open in about a week. Interestingly

the next block down (52nd betwixt 8th & 9th), had several

closed/boarded up buildings and several more under

renovation – maybe wishful thinking but perhaps ….

I decided (despite the heat) to walk down to the

Virgin Mega Store in Times Square. This was the

first time I went past the Gaiety since it closed.

It was sad – the awning still is up. HoJos is also

now closed. What was interesting was there was no

work, no renovations, being done. Doesn’t seem to

make much business sense to close down, and not be

doing anything – it would have made better sense to

continue collecting rents until construction was

ready to begin.

After shopping I decided to get a hot dog, so I went

down to Gray’ Papaya (37th & 8th). Since I was in the

neighborhood I checked out the booth store next to the

Payless (34th & 8th) I don’t know if it was the time,

3:30, or the heat, or if it is too early in the month,

but very slim pickins. However, while walking through

the Fashion District I did see a bunch of sexy, sweaty

Hispanic men unloading bolts of fabric from trucks.

I don’t know if it was the heat (97 degrees), but I

swear I saw two strippers during my journey:

1) Standing at the corner of 52nd & B’way (in a wife

beater tee shirt) talking to an older man I saw a man

who looked like Marco of Gaiety fame from the

mid-to-late 90s – he looked pretty good.

2) Walking up 8th Ave with a girl near Gray’s Papaya I

saw man who looked like David from the VH1 show strip

search. He also was wearing a wife beater and short shorts.

One of his ankles was bandaged – dancing accident?

Cheers,

Fisher :)

Yes Rendie,

The guy if saw looked like the upper picture

(reclining in the hammock) he looked a little

older, but still good looking, his body also

looked pretty good.

Oh well - seeing these possible strippers yesterday,

has made me look all the more forward to seeing the

actual (and naked) ones tommorow at the Buff Boyzz party.}(

Cheers,

Fisher :7

Hey Fisher.

Marco (AKA Sebastian) was in his 30's last time he danced at the Gaiety. Had gone back to New Hampshire, I think. Haven't heard from him since. He was high maintenance..very hot bottom nonetheless.

See you on Sunday, I'll be the guy drooling over buffboy Jason...

The second possible stripper I saw walking down the street,

was not David from the VH1 show "Strip Search". I now

believe he was the fromer Gaiety stripper Jaiver - the older

(and in my opinion cuter) of the Chicago brother duo of

Jaiver & Stephano. Anybody know if Jaiver is dancing or doing

any other sort of "entertaining" - }( in NYC?

Cheers,

Fisher :)

>Any new info? Can anyone confirm or deny?

This is from the Savage Men website - sorry guys, it's for ladies only, note: the comment in parentheses tells the whole story

"The Savage Men will host a second New York City show at the famed Savage Men Temple Night club located at 240 West 52nd St / 8th and Broadway...(All Male Strippers working for Savage Men are straight. No hidden surprises."

well yours truly got to go to a savage mens

show a few months a ago and was the only guy in the

audience now how did this come to be you might ask?

well I was with a friend of mine Christian M who asked me if I would like to come along Chrsitan is a Male stripper who has his own Male review and knows many of the dancers from NYC, and NJ, I got to go to the show and Christian introduced me to the owner of the Savage men, I never felt so unwelcome as I did to this show, lucky for me I knew two of the dancers there who took some time out to talk to me and to tell the owner that I was a good guy ( like I really care ) anyway the show was D.U.L.L. except my good friend Christian he had the best routine and was fun to watch. Trust me guys you did,nt miss much
