LIguy and I returned to the Rainbow Lounge on Friday night. The same group of dancers were there along with Danny and Eddie (new) as bartenders.

 

The new owners might be making some changes at the bar regarding the buff-boyzz. I'll know more by mid-week. First noticeable change: the buff-boyzz can only strip down to their briefs, no more g-strings allowed. :-(

I wish this place was closer to Manhattan...or IN Manhattan!

 

And if you're looking for good drink specials, don't forget the Rawhide on 8th Ave between 20th & 21st: they have HUGE drinks during happy hour which goes until quite late AND they have two hot dancers that rotate throughout the evening.

Well, if you were planning on seeing the buffboyzz at the Rainbow Lounge, think again. The bar has new owners who will be doing their own thing on Friday nights... I received an e-mail from the buffboyzz manager who said they will still be performing Thursday nights at the Bunkhouse in Seville, LI, but no longer at the Rainbow Lounge. He told me that tonight's entertainment in Seville will be a "hot strip off".

 

As for the Rainbow Lounge, I'll give it another visit and see how things are progressing.
