The reason is that people want them and pay them. Something about them is attractive, sexy, desirable enough to open your wallet for them. If you don't like them, don't put yourself in the space where they are. If they rip their customers off they will ultimately not succeed. If they are illegal they will ultimately deal with the law. If they treat people well, if they work to resolve their legal issues, they will prosper. Either way, it's is no skin off your nose.

Like THAT is ever going to happen. And your implication is that escorts that are citizens report all their income to the IRS which is of course ridiculous. Escorting by anyone is illegal, and although it rarely happens, authorities can arrest people (escorts and clients as well) if they find out about it and choose to exercise the perogative. Sounds like you have had some bad experiences (or rejections) and are a little too bitter. How about taking a little more of a "live and let live" attitude?
