I cannot believe this guy has a 34

This model, Jason Davis, says in his modeling page that he has a 34" waist. Do you guys believe that? It looks more like 29"! I mean, even I don't have a 34" waist, and I don't have trim body like that...

If he were very tall, I might believe it, but he is obviously rather small, as one can tell by his relationship to the door jamb, light switch, etc., so I assume the 34" is a typo or refers to something else (his chest?).

You're being misled by the height of the doorway and the angle of the picture. Look at the level of his hips relative to the notch on the doorjamb (the height of the doorknob, which varies less that the height of a door or placement of a light switch). He could very easily be 6'4".

His wrist is exactly where mine is next to the doorknobs in my house, and I'm 5'10". His head is also nowhere near the top of the door frame (which is out of the picture), which it would be on any standard height interior door if he were 6'4".

I'm 6'3", and my wrist appears to be at about the same place relative to the doorknobs in my house(I have short legs). The door height might be nonstandard. Also, it looks like the photgrapher was taller than the subject, so there could be some perspective issues - like when you read the fuel gauge from the passenger side of the car

Waists vary a lot. My father was 6'4" and about 170 soaking wet, and took a 38" waist. I am 75 pounds heavier, and inch shorter, and wear a 36. I need to get EVERYTHING altered when I buy a suit.
