problem voting for coverboy

I was wondering if anyone else is having a problem voting for coverboy. I have never had a problem before but this month each time I click on SUBMIT it brings me back to the voting page. The vote count doesn't change so my vote didn't go through.

 

Again this is the first month that I have had a problem.

It does bring you back to the voting page.

 

The first vote will count, but subsequent votes will not. (No stuffing the ballot box there!)

I thought that might be the case. That's why I immediately went to the tally page and the count on the stud I voted for had not changed.
