Script errors while submitting reviews

I got two script errors today while trying to submit a review. The first occurred when I hit the "Submit a Review" option on the main menu bar; the second when I hit the "Submit" button on the review form.

 

I vaguely remember that this also happened the last time I wrote a review -- a couple of months ago.

 

Has anyboy else run into this?

I've seen that on every review I've ever submitted. ;-)

 

They seem to go through. <shrug>
