Daddy,

I was wondering if you can help me here. I recently bought a new firewall program. As soon as I installed it, I could not log into the Message Center. I could not do it, because the log in screen just would not come up. As soon as I dissabled the firewall, I was able to get to the log in screen and log in. Have you heard of this issue before? Do you know what I can do to correct the issue, without "not using" the firewall? Hope you can help.

Daddy rarely checks in here.

A firewall is intended to protect you, but it should let you enter "exceptions". They may not be called exceptions. They may be called trusted sites. Whatever.

Somehow, your firewall has to open the door and let us in.

The specifics of how to do it are a little beyond what we can recommend here. Particularly when we don't know what you're using.
