As I was updating my webpages again, I noticed that an entire chapter and then some was missing from one of my stories. I tried to search the archives here to cut and paste the missing tome back in, but it seems that everything written before I was unmoderated has disappeared. Luckily, I have back-ups saved on my HD. My question is: Does everything written while under moderation simply disappear when you become a 'team' player, or does cyberspace simply have a grudge against erotic fiction? Thanks.

The only thing different between moderated and unmoderated is nobody has to read your posts if you're unmoderated.

 

All posts get plopped into the same HTML documents, either way.

 

I suspect you've bumped into a timing issue and we may have purged old posts that *happen* to coincide with when you became unmoderated (or when we shut down for a few days).

 

We can make you moderated again and test it out if you like. ;-)
