I believe the guards have strict instructions to keep TT away from any windows or views of the world outside. Apparently it sends him into violent drooling fits where he'll repeatedly slam his head against the keyboard of the cellblock's only computer (sometimes hitting the send key causing his outbursts to wind up here and other sites around the net). The other inmates are upset by this since it prohibits their surfing for kiddie porn. That's not a slur against cons, it's just the kind of institution TT and his mates are the guests of.
