Hustlers in Houston

The street scene in Houston, which normally is pretty good, has fallen off a lot in the last 2 - 3 weeks.

 

With the Super Bowl coming to Houston, the police are making an effort to clean up the streets. Patrol officers have been parking their patrol cars on the street for as long as an hour or more. Any obvious hustler is arrested for even the most minor offense (ex. walking in the street where a sidewalk is provided, etc.)

 

Might be a good time to chill in Houston until after the Super Bowl.
