What happened to the new orleans hustler scene? where is it? I'm looking for the 20-35 boys.....must be some here for mardi gras..let me know if you know where they are..thanks

There really aren't that many. The majority are cross dressers that hang out at Bourbon and Saint Anne laaate in the night. A few hustler boys that walke around the block all night St anne, bourbon, dumaine, dauphine, and such. about 3 or 4 been around since I moved here almost 1.5 years.
