With so many thousands (?) of escorts in Pattaya and Bangkok,why virtually no reviews? I know names and pix may be a problem but why not venues and numbers?

As do the bars. There is a tremendous fluidity in the Thai bar scene. It's tough to recommend Pon at Bangkok Bar X when Bar X may have 2 other guys named Pon and the Pon who was recommended three months ago is probably now at Bangkok Bar Y or Pattaya Bar Z.

Number 58 at Dreamboys is a gorgeous hunk of a man. Undoubtedly, he will NOT be around whenever I return to Thailand. He caught my eye and libido this past January when I was at the club!

 

I could kick myself a million times: on the night that I was superhot for him and discussed the guy with the mamasan, I thought I did not have enough baht in my wallet to off him. The mamasan and I had a wonderfully delightful conversation, and while we two talked, handsome number 58 looked around and affixed his eyes on us. My heart went pitty pat;after the amiable mamasan left me, I looked into my wallet and discovered that I had more than enough to off as well as to treat Mr. Number 58 to a drink of his choice.

 

Well, as it wound up, the next time that I glanced in his direction-- the man was gone. I was pissed with myself. From time to time I would glance across the room to observe this beauty with the guy who had jumped the gun!

 

The next night I made a special effort to off him; again, this was not to be. He must have left early, for I was at the place at 10:00, possibly 10:30p. I had gone to dinner with a good friend who resides in Bkk, thus I could not and did not connect with this very sexy guy!

 

Perhaps, if luck is in my favor, I hope he's around when I return!!! :9 :9

This reminds me of a time when I took a liking to a guy in the audience at a club. I thought he was unavailable, but later saw him dancing in another club. He was taken that night also, but sugggested I come the next night and he would be there. I did, we chatted, he danced lustfully looking at me...in the meantime, while he was dancing, some other customer offed him!

 

We finally had a quite nice affair, but the lesson is to grab for the gusto while you can!

Censorship in Thailand

 

Does anyone know why many of the gay Thailand forums are being shut down or blocked by the Thai Government? Is this a periodic thing, something related to the upcoming elections, or something travellers to Thailand should worry about?

Pornography is illegal in Thailand, and there is a campaign by the government to try to stamp it out in all of its forms. This includes internet websites, both gay and straight. Thais don't worry about it -- it's easy enough to get into whatever site you want via a proxy -- so I don't see why foreigners should.

#58 been around for quite awhile and is popular. I took him off once last September. New guys tend to turn up during the peak tourits season, but about half the guys there have been around (there or elsewhere, but mostly there) for the last 4-5 yeras. A couple guys (the one with a lot tats, including one of a rooster) has been around for 10 years, although not continuously.

Thanks for giving me some assurance regarding number 58 at Dreamboys! I certainly hope that he is still around when I return to Bangkok! He seems so enticing and intriguing as opposed to the many of the other "too young looking"guys.

 

When I was in a club in Phuket, the place had about cleared out after the 10p show. I continued to sit and sip my "lemon juice"-- a drink that I truly adored while traveling in Thailand. (It's actually lime juice.)

The mamasan approached me and asked if any of the guys interested me. I smiled and stated that all were too young looking for me (...in physicality as well as facially although I did not state this factor to her.) I did see one guy, a principal in the show, about whom I fantasized and really wanted to off him. Unfortunately, that was NOT his scene as told to me by the mamasan; I sat a while longer then left the venue.

 

Well, number 58, here I come!!!!!
