If you can enjoy Singapore, you can enjoy anywhere. This place is one of the most boring countries I have ever visited. Gay life is VERY closeted. There was no gay nightlife. The government is very repressive. This is a place to avoid.

How long ago were you in Singapore? Things have changed DRASTICALLY in the past two or three years. I'd say the gay night life is positively thriving for a city its size: discos, pubs, karaokes, saunas, outdoor cruising, massage joints...what more do you want?

Hi guys. Thanks for your input. The url's from pshaw were very useful and I ended up having a great time. The scene was quite hot - went to a couple of gay discos - Taboo and Centro - and couple of saunas - Rairua and One Seven. Local boys were quite willing and managed to hook up with two in my room and also at the saunas. Didn't have time to try out an escort agency or massage service so if you guys have any leads for my future trips please let me know. Singapore is not Bangkok - less action but less sleaze - but enough of a gay scene to be interesting.:9

Nice Clean City please don't get cained and also don't spit on the side walk had a port visit there in the Navy looked to me like losts happening but was closeted then more. Also am tired of this poor site not having any up to date responses so Have some fun for us HUgs Chuck

Passed through Singapore in early March - only had 24 hours there so no time to check the place out; but was given the eye by an Asian luggage boy at the Marina Manderin hotel, who ended up in my room at one in the morning, when he came on duty, and had some very attractive luggage of his own. He seemed to make a regular thing of this and probably does very well, though he has to be very discreet. His name's Tom, and it's on his uniform. The thing to do is to say that you can't get one of your cases open and could he help.

read the first reply by pshaw which contains a few websites. http://www.sgboy.com is quite current. have fun, i did! there's quite a good scene there nowadays.
