It's been the longest time since I've last posted here... but things south of the equator have been pretty frantic...

 

We've just closed a number of deals with some professionals such as estheticians, plastic surgeons, dentists, masseurs (real ones not escorts) and we are now providing a few professional services to our clients.

Well, you may not end up looking like that blond godlet in Dick's photo, but you can indeed go home from Rio looking considerably more fabulous than when you arrived! There's a reason Rio is considered to be the plastic surgery capital of the world! Rio has many very skilled and experienced plastic surgeons, and you can have a lot of work done for a fraction of the price it would cost you in the U.S. If you've been thinking about some remodeling work you very well might want to consult with Carlo and see what the docs he's working with might charge.

 

Much as I love Carlo, there are undoubtedly other well known surgeons in Rio (and elsewhere in Brazil) that are highly qualified, so you'll want to ask around and check out the different possibilities. But there's no reason you can't take a vacation in Brazil and go home looking wonderful, without anyone back home knowing what you were up to!

 

You also might want to think about having such work done in Buenos Aires, which is another plastic surgery capital. The level of practice is very high, it's an agreeable place to spend a few weeks recovering, and, as in Brazil, your dollar currently goes a very long way in Argentina. If you're interested, I'm sure RobertoBA can give you some leads on reputable plastic surgeons in B.A.

 

Another source of info is the websites of the U.S. consulates in Rio and B.A. Look for headings about services to U.S. residents in that area, and then for lists of doctors maintained by the consulate. Although these aren't officially recommended by the consulate, these are doctors that have been used by consulate staff themselves, or that have been recommended by other American residents.

Interesting to note, that many of the Physicians and Dentists in those countries were trained right here in the USA and the top schools and hospitals!

 

They just have lower overhead!

Sorry to contradict you... maybe Hispanic dentists and physicians are trained in the USA... for our dentists and plastic surgeons are trained down here, and people from all over the world come to be treated by Mr. Pitanguy and his cohorts, even Michael Jackson did, albeit it didn't help him much...

 

Brazilian plastic surgeons are the best in the world and even though don't operate miracles like the one witnessed by our friend at the board... who became a hunky blond bimbo... They can make you look healthier and younger with a few applications and some serious surgeries...
