On the posting about Sao Paulo hotels, the question came up about using agencies, esp. Olimpios.

Have any of you had experience with this agency? Rates? Personal recommendations? Reliability? etc.

Any similar comments about other agencies?

Obrigado,

Dick

Hey CT -

Olimpos is not an agency but a website. All the pictured players are independents and the usual going rates are R$100. I'll fill you in on agencies, etc., hopefully when I see you for dinner in NY. Also, I worked my way through the Olimpos membership portugese and it's very worthwhile for a very cheap price which I don't remember offhand.

None of the guys(Americans) in Brazil that I have met when I have been there have used the agencies, I guess because the Saunas take the need for this away. You get to see everything before you pick which boy you want and you have a selection of anywhere from 12 to 30 guys depending on which night and which suana. Also from what I understand the agencies charge much more, you can do can do four guys at the saunas for what one agency guy will cost you!

I totally agree with glutes if you really want to use an agency

try http://www.agapollus.com

or

http://www.netgay.com.br (click on "Escorts")

Apollus always wants Dollar or (actually he wanted Euros the last time I used them)

Alex the owner speaks fairly good English. On the other hand he charges 80 for an encounter which is about 300 Reais.

This is outrageous for Brazil.

Usually the boys are going to give you their numbers afterwards so you can call them direct and voila it's only a 100 Reais the next time. :p

cheers

When I was in Rio for Carnaval some two weeks ago-- I saw one escort from Apollus on our own terms outside of the agency's booking; this heavily-hung guy charged me R$100 to R$150 reais. I didn't mind, for I did not have to pay in dollars which was far cheaper. Apollus's rates are $80 (US) for ninety minutes. In October I booked Marcio aka Morreno; he has his own site on the web.

To get the full benefit, you must subscribe to Olimpos. It's inexpensive and the best site I've seen anywhere (sorry, Alexandre at http://www.netgay). I am really interested in the escort's charges. I realize they are independent. Their videos are great. I've forgotten the subscription rate but it's WELL worth the few dollars. I wish they had more boys in Rio.

Has anyone experienced the services of the Rio agencies other than Apollus? There appears to be a number of them: Tower Boys, Germanos, Sexy Boys, Niteroi, Vermont, etc. Are they reliable? What do they charge?

An observation: There appears to be a number of escort agencies and saunas (with boys) in Rio, but relatively few independent escorts on the net. Sao Paolo is just the opposite - hundreds of independents, but only one sauna and no agency that I know of. Any theories to explain the difference?

Thanks,

Tried all of the a

bove mtioned except niteroi.

They are all very reliable and charged about Reais 150-180 Reais.

Some boys are good some aren't. They don't speak any english at all so ei8ther you know some portug. or just mix up everything from latin to spanish...you'll get along.

Agapollus is the only english speaking agency
