Friends

Anybody know anything about Termas Friends in Sao Paulo? I see they have a pool, and talk about "feel the warm breezes on your skin." Since there's no beach at SP, I would like to go to Friends to take swim and sun if the pool is open air.

Thanks for the reply, Traveler, but, in this case, I wasn't interested in the working boys, but in the possibility of a beach substitute.

No, they do not have an open air swimming pool, it's indoors, and the crowd is great... but officially no escorts. But there are a lot of interesting guys... executives etc... who would be willing to do it for free and some free-lance escorts for sure... But if you want to sunbathe... São Paulo isn't the most appropriate place to go to... You should come to the capital, Rio...;-)

Or, if you have time, you could do as the Paulistanos do and head for the nearby beaches in Santos, Sao Vicente or Guaruja. There are frequent buses to and from Santos and Guaruja from the Jabaquara metro terminus. Try going on a weekday, out of season, because the traffic jams on weekends, especially during the summer, are legendary!

 

All of these places are close enough that you can catch a bus in the morning and be back in SP in the early evening.
