Rio Make Over

All my friends are aware of my plans to visit Rio. One of them has decided to get a complete face lift and anything else he can get (dick enlargement?). In any event he has heard that Rio is the Plastic Surgery capital of the world. Does anyone have any information as to contacts in Rio that he could check out his options. I would appreciate any advise to give him.

I'd suggest getting in touch with Ernani. He knows reputable plastic surgeons. Brazil has "world-class" practitioners, and in dollar terms it's very cheap right now.
