I think there are some other threads on this topic you can check. The sauna Thermas specializes in hustlers; one of the guys there is likely to fill your needs. Going rates around 5000 Ptas ($35). Don't pay more!

If you want more comfortable surroundings try Neron Boys at Consell de Cent 185. They speak limited English but are very welcoming. You are shown into a comfortable waiting room and then a number of boys come in individually to introduce themselves. You choose the one you like. Believe me, there is a good choice of vey cute boys both Spanish and others. The roms are very nice - one has mirored ceiling. Price is 12000 pesetas for an ordinary room. Only thing is the boys aren't always keen on fucking. Otherwise recommended.
