You're misunderstanding the larger point.

 

Unless someone is twink or daddy-obsessed, age isn't important. However, it IS important if you're hiring someone SPECIFICALLY because of their age.

 

For instance, you're in the mood for a guy who's 25 and you see a pic of a worker bee that's exactly what you're looking for. You hire him, open the door and there stands a guy who's at least 33. He might be really hot, but if you had wanted to hire a hot 33yo you wouldn't have called him because you weren't in the mood for a hot 33yo.

The subject started here (for me anyway) when someone said this S.Diego guy looks to be, in his advertised (hot) photos, 36 and not 26. So, it's more of a case of finding him attractive until you realized he's older than advertised, then suddenly the attraction stops. THAT isn't what I get. Oh well.

I personally thought that he looked significantly older in one photo than the others - tho it could just be a bad photo. Still, I would hire him on the basis of some of the photos but would shop around a bit more on the basis of the older/bad one.
