In fact, I would swear that one of the posters from one of those forums posts here as well… and he is not the meanest of the meanest here… but damn pretty close!

True to both of you as this has nothing to do with money (as I don't believe I ever said it did).

 

He was focusing on dinner date appointments, long weekends, evenings, etc. The appointments when you get to know someone rather than show up and make small talk for a bit, get down and dirty, and (more often than not) not see the person again unless they live near you or travel regularly.

 

Nobody ever said hourlies were a bad thing or even that they ARE impersonal. Jasper just has a day job as well and being able to see a few people once in a while versus NEEDING to see a few different people is more his style as well. Yes that touches on the money aspect, but I hope the aforementioned helps clarify.

I find MER to be better regulated, less personal, and more focused on the actual issues rather than snake pit banter but that's just my personal experience. I'm not sure if your comment is in relation to other escort boards or message boards in general.

Ahhh scratch the above. Even if he is, I would tend to believe that his tone and what he will/wont say there is more respectful than the way things play out here.

Compared to the early years of this board, and the middle years for that matter, this place has calmed down considerably. Even this thread is mild by comparison. Actually the other message boards were concerned with musical matters... and you have no idea regarding the venom that was spewed in my direction... and I consider myself to be relatively mild-mannered and good-natured. Let's just say that hell hath no fury when an old opera queen, or king for that matter, feels threatened!

 

As far as escort related message boards are concerned, this in the only one in which I participate and the reason concerns the fact that I read some hideous and untruthful things about a friend at MER. Hence I gravitated here as this site (at least at the time) seemed to be more civilized and respectful...

To put in my two cents, I've had the pleasure of two or three encounters with Mr. Adler over the years when he used to make an occasional visit to NYC, and I can say that he is one of the most intelligent, handsome, and accommodating escorts with whom I have dealt in over a quarter century of hiring. I seldom comment on this board. I have little tolerance for the bickering that has become a part of nearly every thread. A contributor could log on and say "Good morning" and someone else would immediately say "Oh yaaaa! Who are you to say?" I don't want to use what time I have left in fruitless endeavors and written conflicts.
