I just looked through the escort sites this morning. In addition to the regular good selection here in NYC, there are a lot of big names visiting, presumably for pride: Barrett Long, Jason Carter, Talvin De Machio, Steven Draker, Raul Manzo...

 

Leave some for us locals, boys! :)

Interestingly I contacted a couple of the luminaries mentioned above several weeks ahead of time but to no avail... I have to assume they already had regulars pre-scheduled and/or other plans that were finalized well in advance. Consequently, it would be interesting to know if others were more successful. As for myself... and as noted in a separate thread... if the escort shows little or no interest it is most definitely "all for the best" if the hookup does not come to fruition.

NYC Pride weekend

All-stars ... please. If you were referring to me, I just wanna say that I'm a regular folk who loves to have fun.

 

I had a great visit in NYC: attended some of the Pride festivities, got to see a show (A Chorus Line with Mario Lopez),

discovered a great sushi place in Midtown West (Koi).

 

Spirits and everything else was up despite of the rain. ;)

Well I'm back from a fun trip to NYC. Actually planned my trip to see my best friend perform a concert without initially realizing it was Pride weekend.

 

I did end up marching in the parade with a social service agency with which I've had some volunteer involvement. That was lots of wet hot steamy fun thanks to the thunder storms.

 

Had a couple very fun appointments with a couple posters from this board and also a bit of extra-curricular trouble. And got a chance to say hi in person to the charming Kevin Slater (OP).

 

Explored some of the funky art scene in Bushwick, Brooklyn, and roamed around Chelsea where I ran into some folks I know from the porn industry and got introduced to some really fun folks with whom I'll hopefully have a chance to work later this year.
