Hmmm. I just checked again, clicked on several smaller pics to enlarge, did several searches, and I got no pops nor any pop-unders.

 

FWIW, I use Firefox as a browser, but again, I have not adjusted any of my settings.

 

I agree that either popups or pop-unders would be annoying. I can find several faults with M4RN, but those are not among them.

 

That said, I'm getting out of the crossfire here. Seems like there are some sharp tempers on display. x(

By default Firefox blocks unrequested popup windows. So you probably see the popup window with the enlarged photos but not the superm4m popups.

 

Select 'Edit' from menu and then 'Preferences' from the 'Edit' menu. Then select the 'Content' tab. The first item is a checkbox for 'Block pop-up windows'

I went to the M4RN site and there was a pop up soon as the main page loaded

I agree with everyone. Starting all kinds of

arguments and spamming is not a good way to win any

respect around here. It's great there's another site

to use and I started a thread about that during the past

few weeks...but honestly, the MC is very special to a lot

of people here and no one needs a sales pitch.

 

However, I wouldn't mind some coupons now and

then!
