Is it really worth the money? Is UGAS better than the others? Which one really gives more than your money's worth and good in jacking off from? Any info?

I haven't done a survey but I'm pleased with UGAS.

 

Their service seems to appear most often for adult sites and their website always lists dozens of porn pix sites.

I have Mancheck. However I have noticed that MANY sites use Adultcheck. Also a footnote Mancheck has 2 types of membership, regular and plus. Some sites you have to have Mancheck plus to access. :-(

I've used both UGAS and Adultcheck. But, my preference is Adultcheck.

 

Didn't even bother renewing UGAS when it expired and I personally believe their customer service (or lack of it) sucks. They are not pleasant people and were very slow to respond to my e-mails. When they did respond, it was obvious that it was a "canned" response since they didn't answer my very specific questions.

 

I found that many UGAS sites would only change a word or two in their description and then be listed as "new" or updated sites. The actual pictures never changed but by changing their text they "qualified" for the new or updated status.

 

I also prefer the quality of pictures on most Adultcheck sites. They are usually larger files and less grainy that UGAS. However, I'm starting to see more "junk" sites when entering regular (non-gold) Adultcheck locations. I personally feel the Gold Adultcheck is over-priced and I refuse to subscribe to that service.

Since you mentioned UGAS, most of the responses have compared rival AVS (Adult Verification Systems) and not really touched on "Pay Per View" sites, which is the subject of your inquiry.

 

I'm not sure which you were asking about -- AVS or pay sites.

 

UGAS gives you limited access to a small number of pay sites which offer pics and live video feeds, as do the other AVS providers.

 

Frankly, you'll get more bang (pardon the pun) for about the same buck with a membership at either bedfellow.com or badpuppy.com. I'm not sure who's on top right now but they're constantly leapfrogging each other both in original content and in shared live feeds. And neither requires a separate AVS membership, while both carry much of what you'll get with your AVS membership.

 

If you just want an AVS recommendation, go with ManCheck. They're gay owned and operated, and will cover 90% of where you want to go. And if a site wants another AVS, well maybe you don't want to go there after all. <shrug>

 

It's a tossup. Are you asking about an AVS or about best access to jerkoff material? They're two different questions.

I use Adult Check on my sites because they have the largest number of sites and it has a generic name so it does not arouse suspicion with the wife. At the time I was initially developing my sites, the majority of the independent escort sites and the adult video sites were using Adult Check.

 

I also use UGAS and Cyberage to a limited extent on my sites. They both have their benefits. I have found that a lot of the sites I visit use UGAS and/or Cyberage (they are owned by the same company).

 

ManCheck is used by Escorts4you so it is the 800 pound gorilla and a lot of the smaller sites don't use it for that reason.

 

Despite the need for an AVS, the last thing an escort wants to do is offer free adult content. The cost of bandwidth is very expensive and it seems to attract the worst type of visitor. In fact, I ask Adult Check to NOT list my sites on the links page. Although some of my sites are on the Adult Check links page, I have learned the hard way that not all traffic is quality traffic.

 

Bedfellow is really a first class site and a lot of fun.

We're still talking about an AVS. At least we agree that bedfellow.com is a pretty kicking damn good adult site that doesn't require an independent AVS.

There is at least one site (The "official Zak Spears worship site") (and no, Zak DOESN'T 'scort ... darn it all) that allows the visitors to use UGAS or regular Mancheck or Adult Check.

 

So it seems that web site operators don't have to choose between them; I'm sure that this particular site is more concerned about covering it's legal tusch than making money....
