RE: People who don't change the Subject line ...

After reading my first post, realize it sounds kinda arrogant & nasty, which was not my intent.

In case I wasn't clear, I did not mean change the subject of the thread, wandering off into some new topic area. What I did mean was to put a more-specific subject line on your response. Frequently good treads give birth to multiple "on-topic" sub-threads -- I just think it's nicer if you can see the sub-topics and decide which ones are worth a click.

Still friends with everyone???

RE: the ol' peeve ho

Dear Sir;

I am the reining Grand Pubah for the Society for the Prevention of Cruelity to Animals. Failure to feed your Pet Peeve is a serious violation of common decency, not to mention many applicable local, state, and federal laws. The attorney general will be contacting you in the morning.

RE: Timing problem

Having people I don't know tell me all about their sexual habits, as if I was interested.

Also, perky cheerleader types who are constantly trying to involve others in activities that they think are "fun." I had hoped I wouldn't run into anyone like that again after high school, but unfortunately they seem to be everywhere.

Hey, I was only kidding. My peeve is alive and kicking. (I only hope no one finds the pet skeleton in my closet)

Hey, in college one of my best lovers was a perky (male) cheerleader/gymnast type. As long as I kept his mouth full, he was happy and I didn't have to listen to it.

I kept his mouth full A LOT. ;-)
