As for the giving thanks for the Republican administration...well, we can agree to disagree there. I'm not in an income bracket that will see any significant benefit, and cringe at the thought of the debt the *next* administration will inherit, not to mention the deteriorating environment. (Lots of scary stuff going in with warming in the polar regions but so far the Republicans seem to see more money in industrial than environmental enterprises.) But...I'm still thankful to live in the US; for all our problems, I think we get more of it right than most countries.
