If you search "Toby" on this site you can find his very mixed reviews (and some of his odd responses) But they are part of his intriguing personality!

I saw Toby several times before he moved to California to try acting. He was a great kid and fun to be around. And, he was pretty hot too. Hopefully, he has maintained his innocent charm and personality. I would be interested to know if anyone has seen him since he moved back to Philly. He's certainly worth the try!
