Have you tried all the usual sutff:

 

cleared the cache

rebooted your computer

reinstalled your browser (maybe update to most recent compatible version)

swapped out the RAM

soaked motherboard overnight in sheep dip -- those PC weevils are as bad as crabs I hear, tho wouldn't know directly as Macs are prissy clean

administer a FREON high colonic thru the firewire port. I know FREON is not PC but that is the point, sometimes a real jolt is required to break up a case of hardware blueballs -- PCs get horny too. ( I hear that one in ten PCs is gay though I suspect the number is much higher so hanging around this site... well one cannot be surprised at anything these days. You know what I mean?)

 

or.... it might be a simple a Bullwinkle JO on... If so I recommend PineSol.

 

Well, these are just the easy things you might try first. I wouldn't get into the heavy stuff without exhausting the easy stuff first. And you might want to speak to Bull...

whoa... you are using three different browsers and they are all having issues?? Curious what the third us? If all three are current and all three are failing then I suspect there maybe be a problem with your OS though I don'r know much about Windows environments -- just enough to stay away. . Or possibly with your ISP -- you're not getting your service through the Christian Broadcasting Network are you? :+

 

Have you changed anything on your set up lately? Change system settings, add a new app, trash and existing one.

 

If it were a single browser then I would have recommended the following -- desparate, but then desparate men take desparate measures

 

Sometimes apps get corrupted for no apparent reason. Sometimes it's just the preferences file. I'd try trashing the perfernces file first tho I don't know why this would cause the problem. The app will automatically rebuild it (in the Mac word anyway -- should be the same for PCs) Nevetheless when some apps go south clearing the preferences helps. If not then reinstall the browser. Make sure you don't kill your favorites file.

 

If all else fails rip the wires out if its ass, take it outside on a full moon night hold it up and bark at the the moon or subsitutute a favorite chant. PCs are mystical machines -- to me anyway. :+

 

As an alternative, invite a tech support guiy over for dinner and a seance and maybe a blow job, depending....

Well, I discoverd what was happening.

 

IT WASN'T MY FAULT! Yay!

 

Apparently my ISP likes to use static routing and when something changed between them and the website it took a while before their system caught up.

Based on Matt_Vancouver's comments, it seems that Americanmale has, on its own, thrown irrelevant listings into the local indexes. One data point may not establish a trend but it does give a wiff of odor and doesn't contradict my suspicion.

AmericanMale has become annoying. But I've found that I've rather taken a liking to this new site that advertises here on M4M... Men4rentnow.com . There are many lovelies on the site and it navigates quickly. It does have it's drawbacks, however. One can't email anything other than one's own e-mail address initially. It's up to the lovely to contact you. And, the lovely profiles are produced in random order, with no way to view only the new ones. Thus, one must view ALL the profiles when ever one wants to see if anyone new has popped up. My city, San Francisco, now has 17 pages of profiles, so it becomes very tiresome to continualy scroll through all those boys whom one either doesn't want, has already had, or simply can't afford.

If they could streamline it a wee bit, I think this site would make a fine venue for window shopping.
