I think that the only way you can meet up with Billy now is through Forestmen's meet the stars program. It is expensive, because you pay David Forest a fee just to be put in contact with the star... and then you separately negotiate with the star for the fee.

The part that I do not understand why would Billy or any of David's stable need him in relation to escorting? They are stuck under contract to him, a personal services contract that is well defined by the state.

 

Any of his escorts / porno actors can release themselves from this type of contract at anytime. California law requires an opt out clause.

Let's look at Forest's clientelle over the last year or so. We've got Jeff Palmer, who seems intent on destroying his career. Chad Connors is still represented by Forest, even though he's the guy who sent Forest to jail in the first place. Ryan Idol? What's he done lately? Forest landed Blade Thompson, who promptly landed in jail.

 

The bright ones don't stay with Forest for very long. And that probably answers your question.
